A no-bake, chilled dessert that combines instant vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and crushed Oreo cookies for a light and nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (instant)
  • 2 cups milk (your preference)
  • 8 oz light whipped topping (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese (optional, softened)
  • Sweetener to taste (like Stevia or Splenda)


Instructions

  1. Whisk the sugar-free vanilla pudding mix into the milk in a medium bowl until combined, then let sit for 2 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold the light whipped topping into the thickened pudding until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. If using, beat the low-fat cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl, then mix it into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in crushed Oreo cookies, keeping some larger pieces for texture.
  5. Taste and add sweetener if needed, mixing gently.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
