Ingredients
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup of strawberry topping or jam (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, saving some whipped cream and strawberries for topping.
- Finish with whipped cream and arrange extra strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight before serving.
Notes
