Description

A delightful layered dessert featuring creamy filling, fresh strawberries, and crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of strawberry topping or jam (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  3. Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
  6. Repeat the layers until the dish is filled, saving some whipped cream and strawberries for topping.
  7. Finish with whipped cream and arrange extra strawberries on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight before serving.

Notes
