Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the rolled oats and protein powder, mixing until completely blended.
  3. Add in the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup), stirring until a thick dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese, mixing until well incorporated.
  5. Scoop out portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Place the rolled balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
