Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken breasts, coating them thoroughly.
  4. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken within the sauce and mix well before serving.

Notes
