Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, around 6-8 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until it melts and forms a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, tossing gently to coat each strand in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap the heavy cream for half-and-half. Feel free to add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
