Description
Delicious and easy-to-make chicken skewers marinated in ranch dressing, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Mix it well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken chunks into the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Cover and let it refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to soak up the flavors.
- Preheat the grill: While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Assemble the skewers: Once marinated, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. They should be cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve and enjoy: Once grilled to perfection, serve them hot with your favorite sides!
Notes
For best results, use fresh garlic and high-quality Parmesan cheese. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
