Ingredients
- 12 ounces dark chocolate
- ½ cup peanut butter (optional)
- 3 cups puffed quinoa
- Flaky salt (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or greasing a mini muffin tin.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
- If using, mix in peanut butter thoroughly with the melted chocolate.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the puffed quinoa until coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet or mold into clusters in the muffin tin.
- Top each cluster with a sprinkle of flaky salt, if desired.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for quicker setting.
