Description

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • ½ cup peanut butter (optional)
  • 3 cups puffed quinoa
  • Flaky salt (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or greasing a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. If using, mix in peanut butter thoroughly with the melted chocolate.
  4. Remove from heat and gently fold in the puffed quinoa until coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet or mold into clusters in the muffin tin.
  6. Top each cluster with a sprinkle of flaky salt, if desired.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for quicker setting.
