Description

A refreshing and tropical salsa made with fresh pineapple and a mix of vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, finely chopped red bell pepper, red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
