Description

Delicious and vibrant skewers combining succulent chicken breast and juicy pineapple, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)


Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breast and pineapple chunks to the marinade, stirring until well-coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful meal!

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken and pineapple for up to 2 hours. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
