Description

Fluffy pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or brunch, customizable with a variety of delicious toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted toppings (maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate chips, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, gently stirring until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix!
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip to cook until both sides are golden brown.
