Description

Quick and healthy energy bites perfect for snacks or a pre-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, melted peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, melted honey, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Using a mini ice cream scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into approximately 15 bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the energy bites on a tray and refrigerate until they firm up, ideally for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once set, they’re ready to be enjoyed or stored for later!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for several months.
