Description

A decadent no-bake dessert that combines chocolate and peanut butter for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup chocolate mousse mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Melted peanut butter for drizzling
  • Crunchy toppings (optional: chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed peanut butter cookies with the melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish to form a sturdy crust.
  2. Prepare your chocolate ganache following the package instructions. Allow it to cool slightly before pouring over the prepared cookie crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream, then spread this mixture over the chocolate ganache layer.
  4. Prepare the chocolate mousse according to package directions, then layer it over the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Spread the remaining whipped topping on top for an additional layer of fluffiness.
  6. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the top and sprinkle with crunchy toppings for added texture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight for the best flavor melding.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate for the ganache.
