Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Zest of 2 limes
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of your pie pan to form a crust.
- Whisk the sweetened condensed milk with the lime juice and lime zest in another bowl until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into your prepared crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 180 minutes or until the pie is set.
- Serve chilled, topped with additional whipped cream or lime slices for garnish.
