Ingredients

- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
