Description

A comforting dish of tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich gravy—perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the chicken is fork-tender.
  6. When ready, serve the chicken with the gravy spooned generously over the top and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear the chicken breasts in a skillet before placing them in the slow cooker. You can also add vegetables like carrots or potatoes directly into the slow cooker.
