Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, diced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they’re well-coated, and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Serve the chicken topped with diced avocado and freshly chopped cilantro.
Notes
For a smoky flavor, add a touch of smoked paprika to the marinade. Marinating longer yields even better flavor.
