Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
