Description

Crispy garlic Parmesan potato wedges, baked to perfection with a golden exterior and tender interior.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into uniform wedges for even cooking.
  3. Toss the wedges in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well coated.
  4. Arrange the wedges on the lined baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven, let rest for 2 minutes, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
