Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and instant coffee granules until well mixed.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Blend in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips to ensure they are evenly distributed.
- Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering; then remove from heat.

Notes
