Description

A cool and refreshing treat combining fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, perfect for summer snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries and vanilla yogurt. Stir well until the strawberries are fully incorporated into the yogurt.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each cavity evenly.
  3. Sprinkle granola generously on top of each portion.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 120-180 minutes or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the molds and enjoy!

Notes
