Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries and vanilla yogurt. Stir well until the strawberries are fully incorporated into the yogurt.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each cavity evenly.
- Sprinkle granola generously on top of each portion.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 120-180 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
For a fun twist, you can swap in other berries or yogurt flavors. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.
