Description

Creamy, cool, and sweet enough, these Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a refreshing treat combining Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup, topped with chocolate chips and peanuts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts (for topping)
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips if using.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop the mixture into tablespoon mounds and top with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt.
  5. Freeze for 1.5–2 hours until firm, then transfer to an airtight container.

Notes
