Creamy, cool, and sweet enough, these Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a refreshing treat combining Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup, topped with chocolate chips and peanuts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts (for topping)
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips if using.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Scoop the mixture into tablespoon mounds and top with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 1.5–2 hours until firm, then transfer to an airtight container.
