Description

A warm and cheesy meal featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and creamy cheese sauce, made effortlessly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, ensuring they are even.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then pour it over the chicken, mixing well.
  3. Layer the broccoli florets atop the mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked rice and shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
