A warm and cheesy meal featuring tender chicken, broccoli, and creamy cheese sauce, made effortlessly in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot, ensuring they are even.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then pour it over the chicken, mixing well.
- Layer the broccoli florets atop the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked rice and shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving warm.
