Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in your choice of cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  4. If desired, heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the vegetables lightly before adding them to the egg mixture.
