Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the gravy and stir until everything is nicely mixed.
- Serve over freshly cooked rice or fluffy mashed potatoes.
Notes
For a zestier flavor, try adding a splash of lemon juice or sautéed mushrooms. You can also swap the ranch seasoning for taco seasoning for a different twist.
