Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the chicken breasts in your crock pot, ensuring they are neatly arranged at the bottom.
- Pour the lemon garlic mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure each piece is coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
