Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into thin fry shapes, ensuring they’re uniform for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
