Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into thin fry shapes, ensuring they’re uniform for even cooking.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
