Description

These Crispy Garlic Butter Potatoes are a warm, crispy side dish infused with rich garlic and herb flavors, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut each in half.
  3. In a large bowl, melt the butter and then mix in the minced garlic along with the salt and pepper.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl, tossing them gently until they’re well-coated in the garlicky butter.
  5. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet for even cooking.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, cut the potatoes evenly and don’t skip flipping them during baking.
