These Crispy Garlic Butter Potatoes are a warm, crispy side dish infused with rich garlic and herb flavors, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut each in half.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and then mix in the minced garlic along with the salt and pepper.
- Add the halved potatoes to the bowl, tossing them gently until they’re well-coated in the garlicky butter.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet for even cooking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, cut the potatoes evenly and don’t skip flipping them during baking.
