Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds, drained)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried herbs (optional, like thyme or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with olive oil spray.
- Thoroughly drain the cottage cheese.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each portion.
- Flatten each portion into thin rounds.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, watching for a golden brown color.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze before baking.
