Description

Delicious and guilt-free crispy cottage cheese chips, perfect for snacking!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds, drained)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs (optional, like thyme or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with olive oil spray.
  3. Thoroughly drain the cottage cheese.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each portion.
  6. Flatten each portion into thin rounds.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, watching for a golden brown color.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet.
