Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until just tender, about 3–5 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and stir in cream cheese and heavy cream. Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine shredded chicken, drained broccoli, and creamy sauce in a large bowl; mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  6. Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
