Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (about 120 g)
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or almond flour
Instructions
- Soften and combine the creamy base: Beat the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt together in a mixing bowl until smooth and lump-free.
- Add sweetener and protein: Add the protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
