Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 jalapeños, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sharp cheddar in a mixing bowl.
