Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan generously.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest, ensuring a smooth texture.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepped loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
