Description

Delightful treats combining chewy marshmallows, crispy Rice Krispies, and toasted coconut, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until they are entirely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and toasted coconut, making sure every piece is well coated in the marshmallow mixture.
  5. Firmly press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, ensuring an even layer for easy cutting.
  6. Allow the treats to set for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.

Notes

Toast your coconut until it’s golden brown before mixing it in to enhance its flavor. Use parchment paper to line your baking dish for easy removal.
