Description

A delightful twist on classic comfort food, combining the flavors of cheeseburgers and hearty meatloaf.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon burger seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, burger seasoning, salt, pepper, and the egg.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  5. Bake for one hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Once done, allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
