Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon burger seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, burger seasoning, salt, pepper, and the egg.
- Mix everything thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
- Bake for one hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Once done, allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
