Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, then sauté until softened.
- Toss in the chicken pieces; cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, garam masala, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Finally, mix in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring gently.
- Serve hot over cooked rice, along with your choice of vegetables.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk or use yogurt to avoid curdling.
