Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and milk in a mixing bowl until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fully cooked but still moist.
- Add the cooked meat and shredded cheese, folding gently until the cheese melts.
- Assemble the burritos by dividing the egg mixture among the tortillas.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll from the bottom up to create a snug burrito.
- Freeze or store as desired.
