Ingredients

  • 8 oz Boursin cheese (226 g)
  • 1/4 cup pepper jelly (60 mL)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (30 g)
  • Crackers or slices of crusty bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Pick your serving dish – Choose a shallow, wide bowl.
  2. Spread the Boursin cheese into the bowl evenly.
  3. Add the pepper jelly over the cheese and spread gently.
  4. Scatter the pistachios evenly over the jelly.
  5. Let it rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers or bread.

Notes

Chop nuts just before serving to keep them crunchy. Assemble up to a few hours ahead, but add pistachios just before serving.
