- 1/4 cup pepper jelly (60 mL)
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (30 g)
- Crackers or slices of crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Pick your serving dish – Choose a shallow, wide bowl.
- Spread the Boursin cheese into the bowl evenly.
- Add the pepper jelly over the cheese and spread gently.
- Scatter the pistachios evenly over the jelly.
- Let it rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
Notes
Chop nuts just before serving to keep them crunchy. Assemble up to a few hours ahead, but add pistachios just before serving.
