Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and lay them out on a baking sheet.
- Bake the slices for 8-10 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy.
- Combine the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small pan over medium heat.
- Add the fresh blueberries to the pan, cooking until they soften and release their juices.
- Spread goat cheese on top of each crostini once the baguette slices are ready.
