Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending each fully before the next.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
