Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sesame seeds for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, egg, and honey; stir until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape into bagels.
  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
