Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Sesame seeds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cottage cheese, egg, and honey; stir until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape into bagels.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
