Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 large russet potatoes, sliced
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding chopped onion until softened.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over the layers.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender.
