Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix the sourdough starter and cottage cheese in a bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into bagels, then let rise for 30 minutes.
- Boil the bagels in water for 2-3 minutes each.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
