Ingredients
- 4 croissants, cut into pieces
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish with butter.
- Blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Layer croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish and sprinkle mixed berries on top.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl, then pour this mixture over the croissant and berry layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for best flavor, if time allows.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
