Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add the shrimp to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.
