Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and chopped red bell pepper in a baking dish or individual ramekins.
  3. Drizzle all the ingredients generously with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the tomatoes have softened.
