  • Nuts or seeds for topping (optional, chopped walnuts, pecans, or pumpkin seeds)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, diced apple, cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
