Description

This Texas Roadhouse Salmon features a sticky-sweet, savory glaze paired with flaky salmon, ready in just 30 minutes. It’s perfect for busy weeknights or special date nights.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each, patted dry
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with half the glaze, and bake for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  5. Let the salmon rest for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Optimal to dry fillets before glazing for better caramelization. Adjust timing based on fillet thickness and watch for burning sugar during baking.
