Ingredients
- 1 slice of your favorite bread (whole grain, sourdough, or classic white)
- 1 large egg (fresh is best)
- 1 slice of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or any cheese you love)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional toppings: avocado, spinach, or any favorite add-ins
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the slice of bread on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Crack the egg directly onto the bread, adjusting as necessary to ensure it fits well.
- Season the egg with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Lay the cheese slice on top of the egg.
- Air fry for about 5-8 minutes, keeping an eye on it until the egg reaches your desired level of doneness and the cheese is perfectly melted.
- Carefully remove the bubbly toast from the air fryer and add any optional toppings before serving.
Notes
