Description

Delicious Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos with crispy shrimp, zesty slaw, and a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in another bowl.
  5. Once the shrimp are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce until evenly coated.
  6. For the slaw, mix the coleslaw with a bit more lime juice and a pinch of salt for flavor.
  7. Serve the crispy shrimp in flour tortillas and top with fresh slaw.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating shrimp in lime juice and garlic. Adjust Sriracha to your spice tolerance.
