Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in another bowl.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce until evenly coated.
- For the slaw, mix the coleslaw with a bit more lime juice and a pinch of salt for flavor.
- Serve the crispy shrimp in flour tortillas and top with fresh slaw.
Notes
