Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the slaw: In another bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, a bit of lime juice, and season with salt and pepper until well combined.
